Abstract Green strategies in manufacturing have multifold perspectives implying that are highly diversified terms of resources management. Popular green Zero Defect, Circularity and Sustainability. The challenges regarding efficiency result from different concepts addressed by each strategy; Defect focuses on defect prevention via quality planning, control, improvement, while addresses optimisation management, material production, usage disposal. Sustainability is a approach, to include economic growth social impact, besides waste management environmental impact. Until now, key performance indicators (KPIs) been used for individual strategy, literature shows lack frameworks towards transforming KPIs when adopting more than one strategy. current work step defining an approach describing the relationship between elaborating repercussions this transformation workflows specifically processes.
